Shipping
All orders take 2-5 processing business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process
within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays,
however during promotional orders may take an additional time to processs

Delivery
Domestic 3-5 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays)
International 5-8 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Once orders are placed products cannot be edited or changed. Orders are shipped in a timely
manner. You cannot cancel an order that has been shipped out. If you no longer wish to keep
your purchase, you may send them back within 14 days from the shipped date for a refund if
they are unopened and unused. For additional information regarding our return policy please visit

DISCLAIMER 
Please double check your order information before completing checkout. We are NOT
responsible for incorrect addresses or any products changes. We can NOT apply any discounts or
add-ons after your order has been placed.

Return and Refund Policy
If you no longer wish to keep the purchased items, you have 14 days from the shipped date to
return items. Must send an email via Minkdollsx@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving items
for approval. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in original
packaging conditions, meaning, unopened products, unused products. Failed to do so, return will
be denied. We are not responsible for shipping fees if you are returning items.
Once your return is received, we will investigate the package and then send you an email to
notify you of the approval or rejection for a refund. If all is clear, your refund will be credited
back into your original method of payment. Please be advised the funds will take 5-10 business
days to reflect on your card.
Absolutely no returns or refunds on purchases that are made during promotions, sales.

TRACKING INFO
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email or text with a tracking number, indicating
that UPS has your package. We are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages once
they have left our facility. The customer is liable for any costs incurred because of incorrectly
addressed orders. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or multiple delivery
attempts, you are responsible.  If you need help tracking your package, or if it says it was
delivered but you don't have it, please contact UPS directly.​ Please Note that shipments may be
delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions outside of
